Stay Fit and Healthy This Summer

Yeah, I know its summer, and we all just wanna to be lazy. But we should all stay fit and healthy during the summer. Work out early. I want to sleep in too, but studies show that most people are more motivated and burn more calories in the morning. In the morning you can also beat the summer heat. Eat healthy. When your thinking about grilling up a hamburger go for chicken or veggies. Potato salad may be yummy, but its full of carbs and cholesterol because of the mayo. Don't pig out on it or try some fresh greens instead. Exercise every day. If your too busy, you should get at least 30minitues of exercise a day. If your not doing much that day, aim for 60mins. Try doing something different everyday, so you don't get tired of working out and quit. Join your local gym or YMCA and see if they have different exercise classes you can take.
